Jim Jones and the Righteous Mind – Boil Yer Blood EP

Clap your hands and say YEAH! Clap your hands and say YEAH, YEAH, YEAH! For life is a Gospel and you can dance it until you breathe and you can drink the blood from a golden cup that’s gonna be full again, over and over again. Do you know the man right? He’s Jim Jones, the guy from Thee Hypnotics, Jim Jones Revue, and Black Moses too. He just cannot stop, he’s got a devilish soul in his hips and a sinner’s touch in his lips. He’s taking you to the frenzy of a rock’n’roll macumba and to the sweating of love on a Honolulu’s sandy beach. He’s got a Righteous Mind and he’s gonna burn stages and hearts again with this new gang. There are only three tracks in this EP, but you won’t be wanting to miss it and you will clap your hands, hold them up and say YEAH, YEAH, YEAH!
Boil Her Mind EP is out now on Raygun Music (10″ and download). Artwork by french illustrator and tattooist Jean-Luc Navette.

Helicon – Gehenna EP

This comes heavy. Heavy as the escalating sound of ancient drums in a misty twilight and the battle that follows. Heavy as swords, as a hailstorm of stones and as devouring fire.  Heavy as Loop, Thee Hypnotics with no blues, Hawkwind, Motorpsycho. It’s a one way fuzzy ride, wrathful and epic, through the cursed land of the wicked. From East Kilbride (Scotland), out now on Exag Records.
